2022 Art Challenge Schedule

Entries to any of the Art Challenges are to be submitted to Tina no later than 6pm on the Friday prior to the meeting. Please email to tina@londoncommunityartists.ca The Art Challenges are only open to active members of London Community Artists. A small gift is given to the monthly winners of the Art Challenge.

Congratulations to Heather Peel for winning first place among our members for her painting in the Lines and Shapes category. Second place went to Paul Uptigrow and third to Edward DeMarsh. Thank you to each of the artists who put their work forward for consideration, the artwork was outstanding in our final art challenge of 2022.

Member Art Challenge – October 2022

This month our theme was “Nostalgia” and congratulations goes out to Tina Rae for winning first place among our members for her painting titled “Lakeside Sunset at Algonquin”. Second went to Bill Bromilow and third to Jean Cote. Thank you to each of the artists who put their work forward for consideration, the artwork was outstanding as usual!

Member Art Challenge – September 2022

This month our theme was “Animals and Pets” and congratulations goes out to Tamara Shturba for winning first place among our members for her painting titled “Doberman Pinscher”. Second went to Sherri Friesman and third to Sheri Hol. Thank you to each of the 16 artists who put their work forward for consideration, the artwork was outstanding.

Member Art Challenge – August 2022

Congratulations to the three artists who had the most votes for the Art Challenge this month, Karen Cullaton, Charlene Tulloch and Maurice Gareau. The tie breaker went to Charlene Tulloch. Congrats everyone! It was wonderful to see all of the entries “in person” at our meeting”. Thank you to each of the 16 artists who put their work forward for consideration, the artwork was outstanding.
