The November 2021 Art Challenge topic was “Light and Shadow” and we had 15entries. Again, there was a tie! Joan Hall and Heather Peel. Instead of awarding a gift card to both, a draw was held and Joan Hall was the winner! Congratulations to Joan and everyone who participated!
