Artist Statement:

Sue was born and raised in London, Ontario, and has been passionate about art since childhood. Her interest in painting was renewed after attending an acrylic class with local artist Franca Smith. Now retired, Sue paints full-time, specializing in acrylics on stretched canvas and occasionally working in watercolour. Her artwork is recognized for its vibrant colors and detailed compositions.

Sue is an active member of the London Community Artists, regularly exhibiting at Western’s Convergence Centre, Cherryhill Mall, LHSC Children’s Hospital, and participating in seasonal LCA Art shows at St Ann’s Church in Byron and Western’s Collider building. During the summer, she displays her work at Art in the Park Springbank. As a member of the Lambeth Art Association, she also participates in their annual Spring Art Show.
