Artist Statement
Always fascinated by colours and shapes, I started painting in October 2017. The creative process is a relaxing, rewarding and healing endeavour of my everyday life. I work mostly in acrylics, while also exploring watercolour, drawing and collage. My current work includes abstracts and landscapes of places I have visited or of various childhood memories.
I get my inspiration from nature and plants as well as from Impressionist and Expressionist artists, and I have a great interest of including organic elements into my creative work. I trust that the creative process is suitable for everyone; it defines us as humans, bringing endless health benefits.
