Members Meeting Sign up Page

We are asking members to sign up to attend the in-person meeting again. While we don’t have to limit numbers at this time, we still need you to sign up so we can let FTLA know as they need to set out enough chairs for us. If you attended last meeting, we won’t ask you to show your proof of vaccine again, but please be patient if we do ask you to show it again (even if you were asked at the art show).

Please note the following:

Masks must be worn at all times during meeting and while inside FTLA
Current requirements for ‘Proof of Vaccination’ are in place and MUST be followed. You can find out more at:
https://www.ontario.ca/page/government-ontario and you can print out your proof of vaccination certificate there.
If you attended the last meeting and showed your certificate, we won’t need to ask for it again.
We ask that if you have not been feeling well, have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive or you have been asked to isolate or you have travelled outside Canada in the past 14 days that you please stay home to keep everyone safe.

I will wear a mask at all times during meeting and will present confirmation of ID and vaccinations at door (if not shown at previous meeting).
